BRONWYN EXCELL

(she/her)

About Bronwyn:

I approach our time together as an opportunity to co-create a detailed map of your unique experiences and accompanying beliefs. This process allows us to clarify current and future desires, identify strengths and opportunities for wellbeing, and enhance skills. To make the most of our sessions, it is important we develop a relationship based on mutual trust and openness. I seek to provide clients a safe space to express their unfiltered self and receive acceptance. I see my role in our relationship as one of a partner, seeking to join you in your journey towards living a more satisfying life and offering tools to help along the way.

We often find ourselves in need of support during periods of life transition or unforeseen circumstances – whether that be embarking on a second career, retirement, shifting parental roles, marriage, divorce/separation, becoming a caregiver, loss of a loved one or our imagined future, relocation, or times of unanticipated stress and crisis. When facing hardship, we may discover our usual means of coping and skills are ineffective. In such cases, we can benefit from unbiased alternative perspectives and new tools to better manage our present needs.

Should this speak to your experience, I encourage you to call our office and schedule an appointment so we can continue the process of growth together.
