About Meredith:

Meredith is a Licensed Professional Counselor. She received her master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from North Georgia University. She specializes in women’s issues, parenting, life transitions, grief/loss, depression, and anxiety. With her warm and empathetic approach, she creates a space for clients to feel comfortable in talking about the difficulties in their life. Then, she works with the client to create a plan to help them reach their therapeutic goals. Meredith likes to use an integrated approach that blends elements of CBT, DBT, and mindfulness. She believes that we can find better ways to live through creating balance for ourselves, learning to manage our emotions and thoughts in healthy ways, and building a life we value and find fulfilling.
