Insurance
Several of our therapists accept insurance directly. The following plans are accepted across our practice — availability varies by clinician, so check each therapist's profile for their specific accepted plans.
Not sure if your plan is accepted? Call us at 678-381-1687 and we'll help you verify coverage before scheduling.
Out-of-Network Reimbursement
Most of our therapists are self-pay. If you have a PPO plan, you may be eligible for significant out-of-network reimbursement — often 40–80% of session costs after your deductible.
Pay your therapist
Pay at the time of your session. Most clients use a credit card, HSA, or FSA card.
Request a superbill
Your therapist provides an itemized superbill with diagnosis and procedure codes your insurance needs.
Submit & get reimbursed
Submit the superbill to your insurance. PPO clients often receive 40–80% back after their deductible.
We recommend calling the member services number on your insurance card before your first session to confirm your out-of-network mental health benefits.
HSA & FSA
Therapy is a qualified medical expense under IRS guidelines. You can use Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) funds to pay for sessions at Peachtree Psychology — a smart way to reduce your out-of-pocket cost with pre-tax dollars.
Sliding Scale
Select therapists offer reduced fees on a sliding scale basis for clients who qualify based on financial need. Availability is limited. Contact us to ask about current openings and whether you may be eligible.

Common Questions
What does a typical session cost? ▼
Individual sessions typically range from $140 to $230 depending on the therapist. Most sessions fall in the $150–$175 range. Couples sessions range from $180 to $270.
Do you take insurance? ▼
Some therapists accept insurance directly (BCBS, Medicare, Cigna, UHC, CareSource, TRICARE, Optum). Most are self-pay but all provide superbills for out-of-network reimbursement. Check each therapist's profile for their specific plans.
How do I submit a superbill to insurance? ▼
Call the member services number on the back of your insurance card and ask about your out-of-network mental health benefits. After your session, request a superbill from your therapist and submit it through your insurer's claims portal or by mail.
Why choose a self-pay therapist over one in-network? ▼
In-network therapy requires a mental health diagnosis on your permanent medical record, limits you to insurance-approved session counts, and may restrict treatment approaches. Self-pay gives you and your therapist complete freedom to focus on what actually helps — without administrative constraints or time limits.
Can I use my HSA or FSA? ▼
Yes. Therapy is a qualified medical expense. HSA and FSA cards are accepted the same as a regular debit or credit card.
