As a client, you have the right to:

- Receive care in a safe, non-discriminatory environment.
- Ask questions and receive clear answers about your care.
- Know the credentials of your therapist.
- Refuse treatment or request changes in your care.
- Have your privacy and confidentiality protected.
- File a grievance without retaliation if you feel your rights have been violated.
