About Lisa

After more than three decades in the corporate world, Lisa made a purposeful transition to counseling—a return to her original passion for mental health. This journey was born from personal experience and a deep desire to help others navigate life's challenges with curiosity and compassion.

Lisa's approach is rooted in Jungian psychoanalysis, depth therapy, psychodynamic, and existential perspectives. In session, Lisa focuses on what emerges in the moment through a collaborative, non-directive process with you. Together, the two of you will explore the inner story that shapes your life—understanding its purpose and uncovering new meaning moving towards alignment of your Self.

Life's difficulties aren't always about diagnoses; they often reflect the human condition—relationship struggles, abusive scenarios, major life transitions, grief, or a sense of unfulfillment in life. Symptoms like anxiety, depression, conflict or dissatisfaction are symptoms worth examining. Dreams, too, offer profound insights, and Lisa can incorporate clinical dream work as a pathway to understanding and healing for you.

Lisa's goal is to create a safe space for exploration, helping you move toward wholeness and a deeper connection with your Self.

She is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Georgia and is licensed for Telehealth in the State of Florida.
