Sarah's relational style integrates ACT, DBT, CBT, ERP, MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction), ASIST (Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training) Suicide to Hope, and neuroscience/polyvagal theory. Clients enjoy her insight-oriented approach and caring presence while learning adaptive coping skills to practice outside of session. Sarah assists clients in her care by examining what makes life worth living and encouraging clients to live with intentionality and purpose.
