Dr. Crenshaw is a licensed psychologist with a PhD in Clinical Psychology from the University of Utah. He completed his predoctoral internship at the Charleston Consortium and a postdoctoral fellowship at Toronto Metropolitan University. He is also an Assistant Professor of Psychology at Kennesaw State University, where his research includes psychological interventions and the mechanisms underlying effective treatment.
His clinical approach is evidence-based and precise. He draws on current research to guide both assessment and treatment, and he works across a range of complex presentations including ADHD, anxiety, depression, OCD, and PTSD.

The phone screening is designed to answer this question. Dr. Crenshaw will review your concerns and help you determine whether the Full ADHD Assessment, Standalone Diagnostic Evaluation, Anxiety Assessment, Depression Evaluation, OCD Testing, or another path is the right fit.
It depends on the evaluation. The Full ADHD Assessment takes most of a Saturday morning. The Standalone Diagnostic Evaluation, OCD Evaluation, Anxiety Assessment, and Depression Evaluation each include a 60-minute clinical interview and a 60-minute feedback session.
Yes. Every evaluation includes a written clinical report you can keep and use — for treatment purposes, documentation needs, or conversations with other providers or prescribers.
