About Laura
Laura is a Licensed Associate Professional Counselor (APC010070) who received her undergraduate degree from Emory University and her master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Agnes Scott College. Laura's lived experience and personal therapeutic journey inspired her to pursue an encore career as a therapist, with the hope of assisting others in tapping into their potential for healing, growth, and wholeness.
Laura understands that no one knows you better than you, and that making time for reflection and self-exploration can be a powerful and restorative experience. Drawing on your innate strengths and resilience, Laura will meet you where you are with curiosity, presence, and non-judgment as you explore the places you may feel stuck — in old stories, outgrown patterns, and self-limiting ways of being.
Her hope is that your work together will help you connect with deeper meaning, purpose, and your truest sense of self, allowing you to become more present and engaged in your life.
