Assessment & Diagnostic Testing

Dr. Crenshaw offers focused psychological assessment for adults seeking greater diagnostic clarity around concerns such as anxiety, OCD, PTSD, depression, eating-related concerns, and related psychological conditions.

Testing is offered selectively and begins with a brief screening step to determine whether a full assessment is clinically appropriate.

Standalone Diagnostic Evaluation

$700

A standalone diagnostic evaluation may be appropriate when a client is seeking clarity around the presence of one or more psychological conditions, including anxiety, OCD, PTSD, depression, eating-related concerns, and other clinical concerns.

This evaluation includes:

  • Initial phone screening

  • 90-minute assessment session
  • 50-minute feedback session to review findings
  • Written report the client may keep and share as needed

Additional assessment time may occasionally be needed and is billed at Dr. Crenshaw's standard hourly rate.

Full ADHD Assessment

$2,300

Dr. Crenshaw offers comprehensive in-person ADHD assessment for adults when a full diagnostic evaluation is clinically warranted.

This assessment includes:

  • Initial phone screening
  • Brief screening survey, when appropriate
  • Clinical interview
  • Structured diagnostic interview
  • Computerized testing
  • Self-report measures
  • Interpretation of results
  • Full written report with conclusions
